We offer a 7-days return policy for all products except Skin care products (which includes Adornment care & Hygiene Care). All other Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. We do not take orders of other countries here. But, Yes we have our presence in US, Asia & Middle east countries. You can contact us for direct orders and for any queries. We shall guide you to place the orders accordingly.
