(which includes Adornment care and Hygiene care)

Baby Shelf (HAQiQ) has an objective to provide highest level of satisfaction to our customer. We ensure that our buyers experience post purchase as smooth, seamless and delightful w.r.t. the quality and speed of delivery. We also keep our customers appraised about various stages of the order placed: Order Processing, Order confirming, Dispatch & Delivery status.

Shipping charges

  • All the order above Rs.399 – Free Delivery 
  • All subsequent orders (which is less then Rs.399) - Rs.65/- Courier Charges (All Over India)
  • Courier charges are non-refundable.
  • Any Product return, the buyer needs to bear the return shipping charges (one way) and ensure its proper packing to reach us in good. 

Return Policy

  1. We shall accept the product return within 7 days as "7 days Money back Guarantee". (Not applicable for Skin care products) 
  2. The Buyers needs to submit the Return request along with the Reason in the Product return form in the order page. 
  3. Buyer should do proper packing with live photos & videos record at the time of packing as evidence, until you get your money refunded.
  4. Buyer must bear the shipping charges for return and book the shipping by themselves in a good logistics company. Baby Shelf (HAQiQ) will not arrange any pickup and the shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  5. In case of replacement, we shall arrange the pick-up and NO CHARGES on REPLACEMENT ORDERS
  6. Baby Shelf (HAQiQ) will also have it's live photos & videos of return goods unpacking proof. So, that the genuineness and transparency will be maintained. 
  7. To accept your Return & to approve your Refund money, The product we must receive in good condition:
    1. No damage or no scratches or crush like waste (should be proper original fold)
    2. Tampering of original/branded packaging may invalidate your refund process
    3. Barcode and product tag must not be removed
    4. For any courier damage and logistics errors, you must submit the proof of unpacking the goods.
  9. The Buyers are advised, that if the packaging is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery of the goods, they should refuse to take delivery of the package, do not accept the delivery and immediately inform the us or write an e-mail mentioning the order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is sent to the Buyer at the earliest.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Buyer can't do order cancellation, once it is acknowledged with Sales order number.
  2. If buyer want to cancel, please submit cancelation request through the Sales order page into their login account.
  3. Direct mails and calls are not valid to cancel the orders or to get the refund.

Refund Policy

  1. Based on the Refund and Cancellation policy, once the process is validated and approved, Your refund will be processed within 2 to 5 working days to your respective bank account you have paid from.
  2. For Cash on Delivery, Refunds will be arranged as wallet credits or loyalty points. Buyers can encash it in their next order with us. They can verify their credit in their account login.
