STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document is basic and standard T&C applicable on sale of products through HAQiQ ecommerce store.

Below are the details:

  1. Sales: The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
    1. Order: When you place an order, you will receive the acknowledgement e-mail for the payment and order receipt. That e-mail is just only the acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.  
    2. Order Cancel: Customers can not cancel the order, once it is acknowledged. If any customer want to cancel, please communicate to us in your respective order status page in your account login. Private communication through contacts forms, mails & calls may not be valid for the cancellation and refunds. 
    3. Invoice: A legal contract between a seller & buyer is an invoice, We shall send you confirmation by e-mail after the necessary verifications & approvals along with Tax Invoice, Delivery details and Payment information about the goods which you have ordered. Only those goods listed in the (invoice) confirmation e-mail will be dispatched any differential amount with your payment and order will be refunded as per Return and Refund policy. All those details will be kept informed before the invoice generation.   
    4. Payment: Our invoices are payable immediately at the time of order or at the time of Delivery, unless another payment time frame is indicated on either the invoice or the order. All payments are handled through RazorPay. Card details are not maintained by us.
  3. Customer: To place an order, Customer needs to do signup mandatory for the genuineness and further communication 
    1. All the details of payments, order status, etc will be kept informed only on their respective Sales order number within their login accounts
    2. All the updates will also be informed through their registered emails. 
    3. Guest login and order without login are not entertained. 
  5. Content: The Product content of the site is only informational purpose. The buyer/user must rely on the information posted by the manufacturer therein.
  6. Dealership: This website (HAQiQ) is the channel to sale in retail with the permission as a seller, as authorized Dealer or distributor of Brands like S1 Supreme1, Vestige, Assure, DewGarden, Mistral of Milan. For any service & complaints on the product, you need to be in touch with respective manufacturer and brand owners of the product, which is clearly mentioned on the product.
  7. Return: We have Return policy. Please do refer those policy accordingly.
    1. We do provide 7 days money back guarantee, applicable to selected products only. Please do refer the return policy for more details. 
    2. Any Product return, the buyer needs to bear the return shipping charges (one way) and ensure its proper packing to reach us on good. 
  9. Shipping: Free shipping for the orders above Rs. 399. Also, you can redeem your loyalty points to wave of you shipping fee.
    1. Product shipping will be initiated within 2 working days and It can be delivered with in 5 to 7 working days. You can refer your order confirmation email for the recent update on your shipping and track it accordingly. 
    2. The Delay in delivery due to postal reasons or Climatic reasons or Political impacts or any other force majeure for which we will not be responsible. 
    3. You can track your latest update of shipping status with respective AWB or POD numbers given in your Invoice confirmation mail.
    4. Shipping Charges are non-refundable
  11. Privacy & Security: We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. 
    1. Basic information like Name, Address, Mobile number and email ID are maintained with utmost privacy. No other data will be required and need not share other than these details.
    2. It is your sole responsibility to safeguard the password created for your online account. 
    3. The  Card Information collected for online shopping is used only to process payments for the orders and, is not retained on our website. The information is securely transmitted to the bank through RazorPay, and we store only the reference number and amount paid information provided by the bank.
  13. The brand "HAQiQ" is fully owned by Baby Shelf, since 2024. It is legally registered Trademark under the Government of India. 
  14. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by law.
